1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Padel Buddy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms.
3. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (d) sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App.
4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policies.
5. User Data
Match data, statistics, and notes you create within the App are stored locally on your device and may be synced to iCloud if you enable CloudKit sync. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell or share your personal match data with third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
